Хотят знания микрософтовского CRM, но, скорее всего это не особо важно, проект ETL с конверсией данных под 2011й срам, там и Кумар бы справился, но хотят людей с руками. Я с челом лично не знаком, поэтому ничего толком не подскажу. Французского он не знает. 1. TITLE
Grants Management System Development – SSIS Specialist
2. BACKGROUND
Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) are arm’s-length federal agencies, helping to make Canada a country of discoverers and innovators for the benefit of all Canadians. The Councils are national instruments for making strategic investments in Canada’s capability in science and technology and social sciences. They support both basic university research through discovery grants and project research through partnerships among universities, governments and the private sector, as well as through fellowships and scholarships programs.
NSERC and SSHRC have invested considerably in the development of a new Grants Management System using Microsoft CRM Dynamics. The solution integrates with a .Net based Web Portal as well as a Financial System (FreeBalance).
The project is currently underway and SSHRC’s Industrial Research Grants is the launch program, currently going through its first cycle using the new system. Other key programs, NSERC’s Sub-Atomic Physics and Discovery Grants have started to use the new Portal and will make use of the CRM in the fall 2013.
To ensure a smooth transition to the new Grants Management System, it is required to migrate the data from the legacy systems to the new Grants Management System based on Microsoft CRM Dynamics.
3. SCOPE
SSIS developer skill-set needed on GMS development project
4. OBJECTIVE
Provide additional development team support with Microsoft SSIS developer skill-set for data conversion
5. PERIOD OF CONTRACT
The initial period of the contract shall be from date of award until March 31, 2014, with a 6-month Option Period (April 1, 2014 to September 30, 2014), should it be deemed necessary.
6. TASKS/DELIVERABLES
The Contractor will provide the following services:
• Work closely with the NSERC|SSHRC GMS development team;
• Review current documentation and SSIS packages developed so far and provide evaluation and course of action to complete the work;
• Augment existing / create, documentation related to data mapping and SSIS packages;
• Develop SSIS packages for migration of data from legacy systems to new Grants Management System based on Microsoft Dynamics;
• Support QA and Production team in the execution of SSIS packages;
• Provide input to CRM architect to ensure GMS solution can support multiple Councils using multiple Codes tables;
• Mentor internal staff for the development of SSIS packages
7. FORMAT OF DOCUMENTS
Any original documents must be delivered in English to the Project Authority for review and approval.
All final versions of documents shall be delivered in the following electronic formats, as applicable:
• MS Word 2003
• MS Excel 2003
• MS PowerPoint
• MS Visio
9. PROJECT REPORTING/MONITORING
Contractors must ensure that any proposed resources will be available on a full time basis during the contract period including the option period. This requires 7.5 hours of work per day (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). The proposed resources must be immediately available on a full time basis from the date of contract award.
10. TRAVEL AND LIVING EXPENSES
No travel will be required for this contract.
11. LANGUAGE OF WORK
While the Contractor resources must be fluent, both written and verbal, in English, they may also be required to communicate verbally with NSERC/SSHRC officials in French.

Evaluation Criteria
PROPOSED RESOURCE – EXPERIENCE
The Bidder MUST include current curriculum vitae (CV) for the Proposed Resource named in their Proposal.
The Bidder MUST demonstrate that the Proposed Resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of IT experience and at least five (5) years of experience as a Data Conversion/Migration Specialist in an IT development or operational environment.
Evaluation Criteria
PROPOSED RESOURCE – EDUCATION
The Bidder MUST demonstrate that the Proposed Resource has at least a university degree or college diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution in a field related to Information Technology (IT).
The Bidder MUST provide proof of education completion from a recognized Canadian university or college, or the equivalent as established by a recognized Canadian academic credentials assessment service, if obtained outside of Canada.
Evaluation Criteria
The Bidder MUST demonstrate that the Proposed Resource has completed at least TWO (2) projects providing MICROSOFT SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services, formerly DTS) Development professional services for data conversion/migration of enterprise systems.
EACH Project Summary MUST include as a minimum:
• Name of client organization and Project name;
• Name, current telephone number and title of client’s project authority or authorized representative who can validate the bidder’s claim;
• Description of the scope and objective of the project;
• Duration of the work (from-to dates in month/year; bidders are encouraged to calculate the number of months and insert the total number in brackets; example: January 2007 to March 2007 (3 months);
• Description of duties and responsibilities that the Proposed Resource has completed in the project;
• Relevancy to the Statement of Work.
PROJECT SUMMARIES MUST BE FOR PROJECTS OF AT LEAST 4 MONTHS IN DURATION
NOTE 1 – Should the Bidder propose more than the required number of project summaries requested, only the first two (2) projects by order of presentation will be evaluated.
NOTE 2 – Canada reserves the right to contact the referenced Project Authority to verify the accuracy of information provided within each project summary. Failure on the part of the Bidder to provide accurate and current contact information may result in the Bidder’s Proposal being deemed non-compliant and be given no further consideration in the evaluation process.

The Bidder MUST demonstrate that the Proposed Resource has at least five (5) years’ experience with T-SQL.
