Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have immigrated to Canada within the last ten years and be residing in Quebec
Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen
Students enrolling or already enrolled at the college or university level or in professional/vocational training programs
Age is not a factor of eligibility
Based on academic merit rather than financial need
Deadline for submission: June 30, 2010
