Position Summary:
Successfully drive results within a team to configure and deploy our retail software solution.
Main responsibilities
A person in this position is responsible for the configuration and testing of our Merchandising solution.
As an analyst on a team the candidate must find workable solutions for the Client specific requirements and prepare the necessary data, queries and reports for the implementation. The position also requires ongoing Project Management tracking efforts and the ability to manage Client expectations and maintain Client satisfaction.
Technical Skills
• Strong Skills in Word, Project and Excel
• Strong verbal and writing skills in English
• Working knowledge of Retail industry operations and processes
• Strong overall understanding of database structure is required
• Strong understanding of SQL, Database Relationships, EDI, Software Integration and client server background, UNIX and Windows.

• Interpersonal/Communication skills

• Time Management skills
• Analytical Skills
Experience
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the retail industry.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in implementing merchandising / retail software systems
Education
• Bachelor’s degree
• Relevant PMP® Certification is an Asset
Travel Requirements
• Up to 50%
• Ability to travel to USA
