Summary:
Jeppesen Montreal is looking for an experienced, passionate software developer!
We are looking for a consultant with strong technical skills who wants to be part of a skilled
implementation team: solving resource optimization problems, designing and customizing
complex crew management solutions for airlines. You will be developing software. You must be
flexible in terms of learning new technologies, programming languages, concepts and data
structures. You are autonomous and a problem-solver, you can sort through complex issues
without documentation and support.This is a full-time position, based in Montreal, with a
duration of 2 years.
Background and experience:
• University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development in Java
• Linux and Windows
• Component driven design/development
• Agile development methodologies
• Javascript and HTML
• WebServices concept

• Fluency in English and strong communication skills
• Java expertise
• Web applications development

• Design patterns
• Eclipse RCP 3.x: JFace Data Binding
• Experience with Webservices and JSON
