Role:
As a computer in a stationary Kuujjuaq, / candidate will provide solutions to customers Soleica established throughout the territory of Nunavik.

Job Description:
— Install and maintain servers based on Microsoft OS
— Configure and maintain emails Exchange 2007 servers
— Install and maintain LAN and WAN systems
— Configure and restore backup systems for customers Soleica
— Develop solutions to hardware and software to meet customer demands.
— Continuously provide feedback on issues related to technical support experienced by our customers.
— Adjust the errors caused by abnormalities computer.

If you have knowledge in networking and in addition you have bases in developing websites, using technology PHP, MySQL, Joomla, File Maker, your application even more interesting.

Experience and Skills:

— Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
— Be fluent in English (written and spoken) is very important (mostly Anglophone clientele)
— Excellent abilities in writing detailed reports.
— Knowledge of the system support and administration of computers MS-Windows 8, Windows 7 Windows XP, Windows 2003 and 2008, Mac OS X, Exchange 2007/2010.
— Expertise in managing virtualized server environment in Microsoft Hyper-V
— Mastery of Windows roles and features such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, management profiles.
— Excellent knowledge of network: LAN / WAN, routers, VPN, firewalls and their advanced features (HTTP Proxy, SMTP …), Wifi.
— Excellent knowledge of network protocols: TCP / IP, SMB, HTTP, FTP, SMTP and DHCP.
