What kind of challenges await you?
You create banners and advertisements;
You create new highly-converting templates for free tours, landing pages, join pages and any other promotional material;
You brainstorm new design concepts with other artists and individually;
You become a content/product specialist, staying abreast of industry news and trends;
You stay current with design trends and good UX practices;
You plan new design concepts by studying performance data and information;
You are responsible for landing Pages and Free Tours Maintenance & Updates– image selection, image cropping and correction;
You work closely with the Creative Team Manager to come up with new ideas and tests to improve conversion;
You participate actively in data sharing meetings with other teams and bring his knowledge of highly converting tools and tests;
You propose new concepts and ideas while respecting brand vision and guidelines;
You Support the Conversion team in any other related tasks necessary for the functioning of the team.

You have 3 to 5 years of experience in web design;
You have a Multimedia or Graphic Design Diploma;
You are highly skilled in Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC and Premiere Pro or equivalent;
You have knowledge of video editing;
You have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, an asset;
You are bilingual.
