На форуме искал но не нашел.

What is your country of customary residence? — смысл данного вопроса я понимаю как «В какой стране вы в данное время проживаете?».

Если я ошибся, пож-та поправтье. В словарях порылся, customary переводится как «общепринятый». Это растяжимо

I`m very very sorry! BUT: if you are not able to find translation of the word «customary» in your vocabulary of the Soviet Union epoch, do NOT ask people here about it. Cuz it`s NOT really question of the immigration process, it`s a question of English language. You need French a lot more, indeed.
Please hire a teacher and ask him ( her) about it.
By the way «customary» is synonym of the word usual !!!!!!
