Looking for a software programmer/analyst with 5 years programming experience, solid communication skills and an eagerness to service clients with professionalism and creativity.

The position consists of integrating, implementing, developing and supporting web-based Workflow software.

Description of requirements
• Must be a strong team player willing to multitask
• 2-5 years Web-based programming experience using ASP.NET C#, web services, javascript, XML, usercontrol, CSS, jquery
• 2-5 years Experience working with databases (e.g. SQL, MySQL, Oracle)
• Experience with Workflow or Business Process Management (BPM) is desired
• Proven ability to communicate well verbally and in written form
• Proven ability to multi-task and be well organized to meet deadlines
• Ability to travel occasionally
• Bilingual English/French (written and spoken)
• Experience in software design and development: Object-Oriented design & Design Patterns
• Experience in integrating software with COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) products (e.g. ERPs such as, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Self-motivated, detail oriented individual and a strong desire to see projects to completion.
• Ability to work effectively with limited direct supervision.
• Continuous integration practices including build and deployment automation and automated unit testing (Cruise Control, NUnit)
• Ability to assist clients in the testing of integrated interfaces
• Experience with JIRA is an asset
• Knowledge of Agile process and techniques is an asset
• Ability to translate client/business requirements to technical requirements
• Focused on delivering value based solutions to clients

As a key member of the team, your key accountabilities will be:

• Ensuring the business demands of their business analysts are effectively translated in technical specifications and properly coded with the Microsoft Dynamics AX system;
• Providing support to business analysts in the planning process of requests;
• Ensuring all technical specifications in the AX are met and coded effectively;
• Thoroughly investigating reported technical issues; finding the cause of problems and identifying appropriate solutions;
• Operating and maintaining the organization’s ERP system and participating in new developments for future versions; and
• Collaboratively applying updates to Dynamics AX to upgrade functionality.
Position Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following:

• College diploma or Technical School degree in Information Technology;
• At least 1 year of experience with the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform;
• Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written);
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft software products including Dynamics AX, Office, Sharepoint, Team Foundation Server, SQL server, and .net platform;
• Knowledge in SQL Query Language;
• Knowledge in XML/XSD/XSLT;
• Knowledge of distribution key principles; and
• Proven experience using MorphX and X++.

Position Description

They partner with thousands of suppliers around the world to find the right products and develop solutions that respond to their customers’ unique challenges, .as well as offering a full range of value-added services from logistics management to equipment service and repair.

As a key member of the their team, your key responsibilities will be:

• Providing level 1 support for all helpdesk calls, application and technical from Head office and branches;
• Having a thorough knowledge of all available applications for end users, primarily the ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX;
• Determining whether problems presented are caused by hardware, software, end user knowledge or wrong data input into the systems;
• Promptly resolving issues by effectively evaluating and prioritizing calls;
• Documenting procedures related to different applications, mainly ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Developing and implementing online, on-site and classroom-based end user training; and
• Dispatching adequately complex or technical requests to second level resources
Position Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following:

• College diploma in a related field such Operations; or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in distribution, business operation or on call center;
• General knowledge of Excel, Word, Access, Power Point and Outlook, an asset;
• Experience related to Dynamics AX software program version 4 and AX 2012, SharePoint, Microsoft project, active directory, captivate, Flex-Training considered an asset;
• Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written);
• Strong working knowledge in business operations such as distribution, manufacturing and service;
• Ability to create documentation on all ERP module and operation;
• Ability to train user on the ERP system and operation;
• Accountability/Adaptability;
• Good communication skills;
• The ability to effectively plan and organize work;
• Analytical Thinking and problem solving ability;
• Customer service and team orientation.
