Написано следующее, что немного ввело в заблуждение из-за возможно не точного понимания информации.

В итоге два вопроса:
1. То есть получается Application for Selection Certificate лучше сразу скачать здесь: https://services.immigration-quebec.gou … amily.html , заполнить его и отправить супруге со всеми документами?
2. Если можно отправлять данную форму супруге сразу, а не ждать её запроса, то нужно ли будет супруге отправлять данную форму в Миссасагу сразу, или оставить её до запроса?
