   идти платить никуда не нужно,нужно с пакетом документов отправить реквизиты банковской карты, с которой посольство снимет деньги.
   Отправить пакет можно с глав почтамта, либо укр.почтой с уведомлением, либо ДХЛ или ЕМС.

   Проникнитесь мыслью о том, что Вы собираетесь переехать на постоянное место жительства в Квебек как квалифицированный специалист. Для этого «им» нужно знать какие у Вас образование, опыт работы и уровень владения языками франсэ и англе.
   Страницы паспорта с пропиской им неважны.

   В Киеве Вы или в Цюрюпинске… — Отправлять документы в Вену, на адрес из официального сайта.
   Платить — нужно просто положить на свою карточку нужную сумму…
   когда будете заполнять анкеты (Вы их уже заполняли??? ), там же встретится Вам бланк, где укажете реквизиты карточки и подпишитесь под согласием, что «они» с неё снимут определённую сумму.

   ИМХО надо приложить, например, страничку, где дети записаны — если таковые есть

6. Если есть дити — значит на каждого из них у Вас есть свидетельство о рождении, которое и значится в списке требуемых документов.
   Странички в паспорте про детей — это всё самодеятельность

   Вы вообще каким сайтом руководствовались при подготовке доков? Смотрите первую ссылку в посте Ника-1980.
   То, что вы хотите заплатить — это уже на федеральном этапе, рановато будет)) И многовато! И платится не в ПроКредите, а посредством пласт.карты.

   Так вот с какой то из тех ссылок и вышел на этот сайт.
   Да, в первой ссылке есть адрес, но не понятно как отсылать деньги в Вену за предварительно рассмотрение дела.
   То есть есть документы, есть адрес, известно что нужно платить в вену, а вот как не понятно. я уже кучу ссылок просмотрел, но так и не понял.

Заполняете специальную форму (она есть на официальном сайте), в которой требуется заполнить поля с данными вашей карты. Эта форма-ваше разрешение снять с вашего счета деньги. Все. Этот заполненный бланк отправляете вместе со всеми остальными документами в Вену и …ждете, когда же с вашего счета снимут деньги — что и будет сигналом что ваше дело открыто. Потом ждете письма по почте (аккюзе), потом приглашения на интервью.

    Спасибо Вам огромное, теперь все ясно, и все на много проще оказывается, оказывается я запутался из-за того что думал (….думал слишком сложно и запутано). Блин, и эта собственная запутанасть ввела меня в какую-то психо-мысле-нагруженность.
    А карточку, как я понял можно в том же ПроКредитБанке и сделать? или лучше выбрать какой-то другой банк для этих целей? у кого какой опыт?

12. выяснил какая карточка у жены
    У нее Приват Банк, долларовая, но виртуальная, тоесть самой карточки нету, есть только счет.
    С карточки уже оплачивали покупки на ебае и с нее снимали деньги в польше.
    Можно ли указывать этот счет?
    Или нужно делать реальную карточку типа Електрон или Классик?
    У меня есть VISA Bussines Electron от Аваль-Райфайзен Банк, могу ли я ее указать?

    The principal applicant must fill out the Contract respecting financial self-sufficiency (PDF, 64 Kb).

    Enclose with your application:
    Declaration by spouse or de facto spouse (PDF, 56 Kb) appendix to be completed by each party if you are married or a de facto spouse;

    De facto spouses must enclose official proof of marital cohabitation for a period of at least one year prior to submitting the application.     4. Studies and training

    Include with your application photocopies certified by the institution that issued the original document or by the duly authorized legal authority of the originals and the official translations, in English or French, of the following documents:
    your diplomas and certificates (excluding those pertaining to primary studies), and those of your spouse, if any;
    academic transcripts for your university studies;
    your official proof of employment (work record book (livret de travail) and employment certificate and proof of contributions to the social security system) for the last five years and those of your spouse, if any.
    If you are, or have been over the last five years, self-employed or practising a liberal or business profession, enclose:
    proof of your regular professional activities, including recent proof of your registration with the trade register (Registre de commerce);
    your last financial balance sheet and notices of assessment for the last five years;
    up-to-date proof of your membership in a professional order or a professional corporation, proof of contributions to the social insurance fund for self-employed workers or business people (for the last five years).

    5. Other documents

    Enclose with your application:
    a photocopy of your curriculum vitæ (CV) and that of your spouse; if any;
    stapled photocopies of identity pages from your valid passport and that of each person accompanying you (with valid residence permits where applicable);
    photocopies of your birth and marriage or divorce certificates, and the birth certificates of each person accompanying you;

    Note: If you plan to immigrate with the child from a previous union, enclose a notarial act signed by the non-accompanying parent or the court judgment expressly authorizing the immigration to Québec of this child.
    If you are being represented by an immigration intermediary, include an original power of attorney signed by you and your intermediary. Indicate your personal contact information including your telephone number and email, in addition to your mailing address (or that of your representative).

    6. Proficiency in French or English

    To evaluate your language knowledge if neither French nor English is your mother tongue, you can enclose documentary proof attesting to your proficiency in French or English and, if applicable, that of your spouse.
    To demonstrate your French language knowledge and speed up the processing of your application, enclose with your Application for a Selection Certificate an attestation relative to either one of the two tests recognized by the Ministère de l’Immigration et des Communautés culturelles (MICC) for assessing French language knowledge – either
    a Test d’évaluation du français adapté pour le Québec (TEFAQ – French evaluation test adapted for Québec) or
    a Test de connaissance du français pour le Québec (TCFQ – French language knowledge test for Québec)
    You can also submit an attestation for: the Diplôme d’études en langue française (DELF), the Diplôme approfondi de langue française (DALF), the Test de connaissance de français (TCF) or the Test d’évaluation du français (TEF). If you choose the TCF or the TEF, you must enclose an attestation of the results of both the oral comprehension test (mandatory test) and the oral expression test (optional test). Please consult the table (in French – PDF, 54 Kb) for a detailed description of these French tests.
    To establish your English language knowledge, please enclose with your application the necessary documentary proof for yourself and your spouse, where applicable. This proof could be the results of a recognized evaluation test, such as IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC and Cambridge tests.
    You may also enclose a document to prove that you have worked in English or French.

    7. Financial self-sufficiency

    Enclose the completed and signed Contract respecting financial self-sufficiency (PDF, 64 Kb) with your application.

    IMPORTANT: Upon your arrival in Québec, you must have sufficient financial resources to meet your needs and the needs of all persons accompanying you.

    8. Family relationships in Québec

    If a member of your family resides in Québec (spouse, de facto spouse, father, mother, son, daughter, brother, sister, grandfather or grandmother), enclose with your application:
    a copy of his or her permanent residence card, Canadian passport or Canadian citizenship card;
    a copy of his or her latest notice of assessment for provincial income tax, or a copy of a lease (in the case of a tenant) or copy of a property tax statement (in the case of an owner);
    a copy of the document proving your kinship to this family member (official family record book (livret de famille), etc.

    IMPORTANT :

    All copies requested (except those in Point 5) must be authenticated by the institution which holds the original or by a legal authority duly authorized to certify as true the copy of a document. The documents must be accompanied by an official translation into French or English if they are in another language. The originals must be available on request or be presented during the interview, if any.
    If you fail to send the copies and translations of all requested documents, your application will be returned to you .
