IBM is looking to fill 2 Account Solution Leads (could be technical analyst, technical specialist, subject matter expert) role for Air Canada at 1360 Rene Levesque
In terms of skill sets, the candidate must possess strong skills and working experience in the following areas:
• Microsoft XP and Win7 operating systems.
• Software Packaging concepts
• Admin Studio
• MSI
• Writing of Technical documents.
• Writing of Statements of Work.
• VB Scripting (preferrably with programming background)
• SQL
• Supporting Workstation Environments
• Software Distribution Tools (preferrably Novell Zenworks)
• Understanding of Software Version Control process.
