Reporting to the Director of Customer Service, the Customer Service Coordinator will respond to customer inquiries via telephone and/or email to provide problem resolution in accordance with the organization’s service
standards for repairs under warranty.
More specifically, you will have to:
• Answer/monitor/maintain customer warranty complaints and request for repairs in assigned territory.
• Process file data from open to close. Includes but is not limited to: resolution of claim requests, analysis
of customer service needs for communication to service/technical departments, analysis of costs,
approval of repair work etc.
• Create and follow up on purchase orders, sales orders, materials orders and labour service payments.
• Produce weekly claims report for management’s review.
• Interface daily with internal (i.e. Project Administrators, Sales Manager etc.) and external customers.
• Work to identify risk and respond appropriately.
• Maintain detailed and current knowledge of products.
• Support other areas of customer service department as required.

• Dec in Business Administration;
• 2 to 5 years of customer service experience in a construction and/or manufacturing environment an
asset;
• Experience working with contracts an asset;
• Proficient with computers and intermediate level of MS Office Suite (excel, work, power point,
outlook) and Sharepoint;
• Customer focus with excellent interpersonal skills;
• Ability to be assertive when needed and exercise good judgement;
• Ability to work well under pressure and multi task in a fast paced environment;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Meticulous and detail oriented;
• Team player;
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English, functional French.
