We are currently seeking to fill the following position to accelerate our rapidly growing business in North America:

Based in Montreal, the Client Service Representative is charged with facilitating the Sales Team’s prospecting of investment professionals at the world’s foremost financial institutions Managing Directors, Portfolio Managers, Senior Analysts to close big ticket sales ranging from $5,000 to $75,000 and beyond.

Benefits for this full-time position include a competitive base salary commensurate with experience level and an attractive bonus based on the Sales Team’s results.

The key role of the Client Service Representative is to assist the Account Manager as they grow their territory, while prospecting for new and servicing existing clients. Your key responsibility will be to remove tasks from the Account Manager’s plate, allowing the AM more time to focus on selling and revenue generating opportunities. Your tasks can be loosely categorized as follows: 1) Administrative and back office tasks related to New Sales efforts 2) Client Service tasks via phone and e-mail to help meet the needs of the current clientele.

We are currently seeking to fill the following position to accelerate our rapidly growing business in North America:

Based in Montreal, the Account Manager’s primary responsibility is generating new business and opening new accounts. This includes selling big ticket financial research packages ranging in price from $5,000 to $75,000 to Managing Directors, Portfolio Managers and Senior Analysts at the world’s foremost financial institutions. Managing the on-going client relationships to ensure renewals and growth of the accounts is a secondary responsibility of the Account Manager.

Benefits for this full-time position include a competitive base salary commensurate with experience level and a commission plan based on overall territory growth.

Major job responsibilities will include:
— Spearheading the growth of new business in the North America & European Territories (New York, Chicago, San Francisco, London)
— Implementing and executing all phases of the sales cycle from the initial phone contact (Cold Calling), to face-to-face product presentations (for which travel is required) through to the final closing
— Selling financial research services to a corporate clientele; understanding key points in the research
— Managing email marketing campaigns for lead generation purposes
