— 10+ years of ERP technical analyst experience, experience may consist of recognized OLAP or Business Intelligence (BI) products.
— Two years of experience implementing Oracle Hyperion (A component belonging to the Oracle Performance Management Applications (current version 11.1, released July 2008), consisting of Planning, Financial Management, Performance Scorecard, Essbase Analytics, and Financial Data Quality Management, etc.)
— One year of experience implementing Oracle Hyperion EssBase functionality
— One year of experience implementing Oracle Hyperion version 9 or higher
[b:3hyzn7pb]Statement of Work[/b:3hyzn7pb]:
— Provide specialist expertise in Hyperion product and financial planning best-practices throughout all stages of the project;
— Establishing a business transformation strategy and plan, and the execution of this strategy/plan;
— Establishing a business solutions architecture and conceptual design;
— Ensuring the establishment of clear business and technical requirements for the implementation of an Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Workforce Planning, Essbase, Financial Data Quality Management modules/tools, and any other Hyperion modules or supporting tools that may later be determined as required for implementation of the desired solution;
— Design of Essbase multi-dimensional model and associated implementation;
— Development of detailed specifications and configuration elements of the Hyperion and related solution components;
— Configuration and implementation of Hyperion SmartView (MS Excel Integration).
