MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as point of contact to our customers to provide information, assistance in updating the technology inventory and dispute resolution, as required

• Monitor, track and report performance, costs and ensure all mandatory deliverables are produced within expectations and manage the expectations.
