What kind of challenge would you be looking at?

You manage the QA integration/implementation of quality principles into the development cycle and workflow for Agile teams;
You prepare and deliver training presentations to teams with the most effective approach based on audience;
You identify continuous improvement opportunities (innovative testing techniques and processes) along with the Engineering Group;
You provide mentoring regarding QA processes/practices;
You support QA action items and ensure that all objectives are met;
You develop, maintain and document QA material;
You assist in the development of QA/testing programs;
You define and analyze QA metrics;
You build relationship with team members and stakeholders through collaboration.

You have a Bachelor degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science or a related program;
You have a minimum 2 years of work experience in IT, with an emphasis on QA;
You have solid experience in web service testing and browser compatibility testing;
You have experience with Agile/SCRUM development practices;
You have a keen aesthetic sensibility, with an eye for crafting visually appealing designs to a high level of detail.
