2. Не подскажете процедуру получения Security Clearance? Где, по чем, как, что с собой нужно иметь из документов?

   По-моему, вы путаете Security Clearance и обычную справку из полиции.

   Там есть требования к минимальному сроку проживания в Канаде.
   Новоприбывшие не могут получить такой документ, и поэтому не могут работать на government.
