In this role, you are an expert in providing technical guidance coupled with world class customer service. You’ll be taking incoming calls from consumers seeking support as they navigate new technology and you will be representing one of the largest telecommunications providers in North America.

Skills for Success:
• A minimum of six months experience providing technical support to end users OR a minimum six months of customer services experience combined with the completion of a related course of study
• Professional and courteous telephone etiquette
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficient computer and keyboarding skills (windows based)
• Thrive in a fast paced team environment where every day is different
