Responsible for online customer support – answering questions and comments wherever they come in (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TripAdvisor, review websites, etc)
Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Meet personal targets and request-handling quotas
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Keep abreast of new company products and services
Compile and print reports on overall customer satisfaction and isolate/identify areas needing improvement
REQUIREMENTS
Proven customer support/service experience
Very strong idiomatic English writing skills (ability to write empathetically an asset)
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
French writing and speaking an asset
Bachelor Degree in English/Journalism/Communications an asset
