Coordonner les tickets, courriels, appels et demandes diverses des employés, diagnostiquer les problèmes et les résoudre;
Concevoir, documenter et mettre en application des procédures d’utilisation standardisées et des directives de soutien aux employés;
Coordonner la configuration des services de données, ainsi que l’installation des téléphones, des ordinateurs et des imprimantes
Coordonner la planification, la mise en œuvre et la maintenance de tous les produits de technologie de l’information (outils internes, outils sur le cloud, …)
Résoudre les problèmes liés à la technologie de l’information pour le matériel et les logiciels.
Maintenir, gérer, dépanner et mettre à jour les systèmes informatiques et les serveurs pour des problèmes de performance et de sécurité.
Fournir un support aux utilisateurs pour une variété d’applications Web
S’occuper de la plateforme de virtualisation en mettant l’accent sur la sécurité, en s’appuyant sur les procédures documentées et automatisées d’installation et de soutien;
Gérer les comptes utilisateur;
Gérer le DNS, le DHCP et le serveur Anti-virus;
Vérifier les serveurs attitrés au bureau;
Standardiser les bonnes pratiques TI auprès de tous les employés et leur offrir un accompagnement/formation;

DEP en informatique ou tout équivalent;
Minimum de 3 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire;
Certification Microsoft de niveau MCSA;
Excellente capacité en diagnostic de problèmes informatiques divers;
Excellente connaissance des protocoles réseau;
Excellente connaissance des différentes versions des OS de Microsoft (incluant les serveurs);
Très bonne connaissance en sécurité informatique;
Bilingue.
