Требуется Senior Corporate Recruiter
Full execution and coordination of the Executive recruitment process
Identify, qualify and recruit Executives from key competitors
Support external recruiters to locate and recruit Executive candidates and coordinate interviews
Arrange, coordinate and manage the onsite interview process
Oversee and maintain our applicant tracking system used for the Executive prospecting/hiring process
Able to clearly articulate the company’s vision and the position/opportunity
Attend Executive recruitment events
Coordinate all steps of the on boarding process including but not limited to offer letter preparation, and relocation logistics
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in a related field
3-5 years of experience working as a Recruiter and/or Talent Acquisition Specialist
Professional, strong attention to detail, and results driven
The ability to multi-task and solve complex problems
Highly organized and resourceful
Excellent communication skills in Englsih (both written and verbal)
Outgoing personality with a desire to learn
