A competent person to carry out checks and maintenance weekly:
• Watering, fertilizing, pruning and repotting plants as needed in order to maintain them in good condition.
• Performing all necessary maintenance work to control the spread of insects and disease.
• Maintain all plants included in the contract in good condition and health.
• Perform all work necessary to achieve this objective even if this work is not specifically listed in these specifications.
• Replace at no additional cost, and within two weeks, any plants that show obvious signs of deterioration (excessive loss of foliage, yellowing leaves, insect infestation or signs of disease)
• Ensure that the same person is used weekly and that the work is performed on the same day each week.
• Assign a substitute resource person who is familiar with the building and the project when the main technician is absent.

Les travaux comprennent sans s’y restreindre d’effectuer sur une base hebdomadaire les actions suivantes.
• Arroser, fertiliser, tailler et rempoter au besoin les plantes en fonction de les maintenir en bonne condition.
• Effectuer tous les travaux d’entretien requis pour contrôler la prolifération d’insecte et de maladie.
• Maintenir en bonne condition et en santé toutes les plantes incluses au
contrat.
• Effectuer tous les travaux requis pour atteindre cet objectif même si ces
travaux ne sont pas spécifiquement listés sur ce devis.
• Remplacer sans frais supplémentaires à l’intérieur de deux semaines, toutes les plantes qui démontrent des signes de dépérissement évident (perte de feuille excessive, jaunissement des feuilles ou infestation d’insecte ou de maladie)
• S’assurer de conserver la même ressource à chaque semaine et que les travaux soient effectués la même journée de chaque semaine.
• Assigner une ressource substitue connaissant l’immeuble et le projet lors des absences de la ressource principale.
