Metso is Seeking for a Contract Support Manager in maintenance who will be responsible for providing support for all aspects of Life Cycle Service (LCS) contracts such as supply chain activities, and execution. Coordinate all activities with regards to LCS contracts to ensure Metso site Manager fulfill its obligations to our customers while maintaining expected profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
· Minimum 10-15 years management experience in a mining plant or related industry.
· Understanding of complex mechanical, electrical, process technology and equipment
· Bilingual (English and Russian)
· Management & Leadership skills.
· Planning skill.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.
· Ability to manage budgets.
· Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and electronic editing programs.
· Strong interpersonal skills; a team player and independent worker.
· Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
