Summary: Provides day-to-day (24/7) technical support for the production and the disaster recovery site that contains: a DELL and CISCO based network infrastructure, Microsoft virtual (Hyper-V) and physical servers, Storage Area Networks (SAN), Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Exchange Server, Internet connections, internal desktop systems software and clients, and etc. Will need to be able to communicate highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Responds to support and technical issues in the most expedient manner possible.
· Maintains systems related policies and procedures.
· IVR and phone system administration.
· Provides troubleshooting and repair for advanced network issues.
· Recommends changes in operating procedures and hardware standards as warranted by new technological changes and operating conditions.
· Maintains servers, user accounts, file/print permissions, VPN access and etc. as required for both internal and remote users.
· Daily review of systems logs, security access logs, job completion logs, and etc.
· Performs daily/weekly/monthly backups.
· Provides training and support to less experienced System Administrators.
· Provides monitoring, trouble shooting, and reports on the operational status of the entire hardware/software/networking environment to upper management.
· Interacts with vendors.
· Installs and configures networking/server/storage/phone/work station equipment.
· Recommends the acquisition or new hardware and/or software as needed.
· Ensures continued Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance. Performs MS operating system patch updates.
