Overview and Description
[url=https://talosdigital.com/:24jwmpif]Talos Digital[/url:24jwmpif] is looking to hire a Senior UX Designer. This role is for you if you’re a versatile designer with 4-7 years of experience, who has worked independently on large-scale website redesigns. We’ll look to you for your experience working with interdisciplinary teams, across a range of digital touchpoints, and to solve problems using human-centered design. You’ll have the opportunity to think strategically and execute tactically.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with clients, users and team members to create experiences that inspire brand devotion
• Work within all facets of the user-centered design process
• Conduct informative and evaluative user research
• Create wireframes, prototypes and other UCD deliverables
• Design highly usable interfaces for multiple touchpoints
• Present your ideas to internal team members and client teams, highlighting the insights that drove your decisions
Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of experience in UX, including experience in a marketing or advertising agency
• A portfolio showcasing your ability to apply human-centered design to a variety of challenges
• Education in HCI a plus
• Strong communication skills, including writing and presentation skills
• Knowledge of usability and information architecture best practices
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player with experience working independently
• Experience presenting to clients
• Proven experience with large-scale website designs
